SAMUEL DONNER
Media entrepreneur & creative storyteller — where social experimentation meets mass audience.
Samuel Donner — also known as Sam Donner, or simply the “Cook For Me” guy — is a 29-year-old media entrepreneur and creative storyteller whose work blends social experimentation with mass audience engagement. After earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA, he founded Finding Founders, a podcast group that explored entrepreneurial journeys and featured interviews with the founders of American Apparel, MasterClass, and PETA. The show was later licensed by the HubSpot Podcast Network, and Sam went on to host Secret Sauce with Wondery.
He co-created OK Storytime, a comedy podcast that consistently ranks in Spotify's Top 100 and receives over 100 million monthly views across platforms. His work with Jubilee Media on 100 New Friends brought him into the national spotlight, with appearances on Fox & Friends and Dr. Phil. Today he leads a 40-person team at OKOP Media, where he launched the viral series Cook For Me — now exceeding 150 million monthly views.
He continues to develop projects at the intersection of community, storytelling, and media experimentation.
